Show Management has secured the following discounts for travel agent delegates of this year’s program:


American Airlines is pleased to offer positive space AD50 transportation for travel agent participants of the 4th annual Tour & Cruise TravelWorld and 2nd annual Golf & Spa Show.

Travel is authorized for the dates of March 20 – 28 to Tampa. Full time agents at ARC/AA or IATA/AA approved locations are eligible. Agency participants must meet eligibility requirements at the time of travel. These policies are discussed in AA's Agency Reference website, www.AA.com/agency, in the "Reduced Rate" section. The 50% discount applies to full fares, (i.e. F26, Y26). U.S. and Canada agency attendees must e-mail call the AA Ticket Redemption Center (TRC) at AATRC@AA.com or 817-438-5522 for booking and ticketing and indicate they are attending the Tour & Cruise TravelWorld or Golf & Spa Show. Bookings will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to departure (Travel agency bookings will not be accepted). International agencies contact their local AA Sales Office. Prior to calling AA TRC, travel agents must use their CRS to check AD50 availability: Z for First Class, U for Business Class, O for Main Cabin. AA TRC will book the reservation and issue an electronic ticket for all eligible itineraries using the travel agent’s credit card as form of payment. Tickets must be issued 14 days after booking or 14 days prior to departure, whichever comes first. If the booking is made within 14 days of departure, the ticket must be issued within 24 hours. Check payment will be accepted if passenger does not have a credit card and must be received by AA TRC within 2 business days of the creation of the PNR. Travel Agent must supply proof of registration and the TCIN from their valid IATAN card (for U.S. agents or valid IATA list for Non-U.S. agents). Confirmation will be sent via fax or e-mail. Paper tickets will only be authorized for itineraries that do not meet e-ticket requirements. Changes to itineraries must be made through AA TRC. A $50 USD fee will apply to changes of routing. AD50 reduced rate transportation is positive space in that confirmed reservations are made and passengers may not be removed for revenue oversales.

Reservations booked through a travel agent General Data System or the internet will not qualify for the 10% discount. Attendees may travel three days prior to the event start date and three days after the event close date if they wish to spend any additional time at the event location. Bay Shuttle
Located in the Tampa International Airport (TPA) with service is provided from the Commercial Ground Transportation Quadrants located at all four corners of the Baggage Claim Level. One-way rates from TPA to the Downtown Tampa area (Hyatt Regency Tampa) are $11.00 per person. Rates include up to 3 pieces of luggage. Advance reservations can be made by calling (813) 259-9998 or visit the airport kiosk for onsite availability.

Taxi Service
Service is provided from the curbside of the Red and Blue Baggage Claim. See the taxi starter or use the taxi call button the the column. The airport is served by Yellow Cab and United Cab. Both companies charge the same fares: $2 plus $2 per mile. The minimum fee from the airport is $10. Once the meter exceeds the $10.00, the minimum no longer applies. There is a maximum flat rate fee of $20 to Downtown Tampa and the cruise port. Maximum of four passengers per taxi.
